Ethnic Groups

Like any place you meet new people and even new species so here is a list of what we have in our academy thus far. If you have a new Ethnic Group and they have not been labeled here Let us know. Mutations and such will also count. PM any Admin or MOD and label it Ethnic Group. Give us a brief description and whatever other tidbits that make it unique. If it is similar to a Group already here we will place it in the sub category. Be Creative and have fun!!!

Breeders: Breeders are extremely rare and were actually thought to be extinct. Breeders are males who have both reproductive systems and can actually bare children. They are highly prized because their children are very beautiful, highly intelligent, and are multitalented. Breeders were just as abundant as any race for a time but when people started to abuse them they decided to end their lives rather than have their children suffer under the hands of greed. This is why their numbers are so very few and less than 100 have been recorded in the world. Breeders are born into any race and usually find out about their unique abilities at a young start. Sometimes parents don't mention anything if they fear for their childs' life. A Breeder has to take pills in order to suppress the female organs though once they discover what they are. 5/5 Capped. Changeling: These are people who can shift only into other people. If they do enough study they not only can change the appearance but their voice and attitude if they study the person long enough. Some people have these things down to the letter and can stay in their changed form for a long period of time but others are still not used to the shifting so their form won't last longer than an hour. They can fool anyone and usually have an upper hand when it comes to landing a police or other field related job.

Demon: Beings created and sent to the world above by the fires of hell themselves. Not also having a physical form upon arriving. Some are nothing more than souls{Nether Demons} that are summoned for the other side which cross over and consume the essence of someone and takes over their body. These demons have not real conscious and only desire to continue eating. There are others that have natural physical forms, like Fox Demons, that enjoy playing ticks on others since many cannot see any form of demon unless they choose to show themselves. There are even some who prey on the souls of all and will do about anything to get them {Reapers}.
Sub class: Animal Demons Common, Nether demons NPC, Soul Eaters/Reapers 2/2 Capped

Demonic Gene: Humans have taken samples from Demons/Makais and used them in test experiments on animals and Shifters. The gene completely devours the original DNA line and converts it into a mutated Gene. The Gene turns their eye color to gold and they have a lifespan about as long as a Vampire's or Dragon's since time is slowed down tremendously. Their aging will take a whole lot of time as they seem to be stuck in their prime for so long. They do age however but that depends on the gene and their bodies at that time.
Sub-species: Half Genes-Red eyes

Dragoon (female)/Dragocian (male): Dragons roamed the world long before any other creature, being seen as gods to them as other species started to populate the planet. As time passed, the once fierce yet peaceful Sky Dragons decided to start taking on a more human appear to be able to walk among other creatures who sometimes feared them by their large size. In this ‘human’ form called Dragoons their wings can either be permanently out or can ‘disappear’ into their backs. As Time passed, and the true form of Sky Dragons were lost to their decedents, humans entered their time period of wanting to purge out the ‘abnormalities’ know as Night Creatures. Dragoons, being rather pacifistic, took to hiding themselves within human society, purging themselves of their dragon looks, hiding their wings. It began to come to a point where Dragoons even began to forget what they were. Hidden by time most don’t even know what they are. Most are killed out because of fear since after they reach the ‘age of 20’ stop having any physical signs of aging. Dragoons as develop certain ‘natural’ magic abilities at the age range of 6 to 9. Most of it is seems to be healing but Dragoons still posses the destructive powers their ancestors had. Dragons use what is called the powers of Magick. Elf: Believed to be among the three first races ever to roam the lands of the planet; also one of the surviving oldest races to this day. Elves are believed to be elegant creatures, with a higher grace in knowledge. In current belief, may thing Elves to be pacific creatures above the need for violence by those who don’t really know there history. The normal seen image of elves has been created by the younger members of their race. Every elf has the ability to hear and understand the natural magick of nature, along with demonic summoning, and the use of advanced magick compatible weaponry. Since every thousand human year is equivalent to one year of their life span, any race of elves have a very long life and the older members of each race has a tendency to be kept out of sight, for elves are anything but as pacific as many believe. Having waged countless endless wars with many of the now extinct older races, any Elvin race has a very violent history and not just against other but themselves as well. Thinking themselves the higher races, White and Moon Elves had tried to generations to weed out the ‘impurities’ of their colored sisters and brothers. So much, that a large part of the Dark elves had been driven under the earth’s crested to keep from being exterminated. A mistake that has led to the birth of the Drow that the Elvin race’s over the past several thousands of years have had to join together to keep below the world so that the tainting of Nether Demons from being spread amongst the younger races that do not have a defense against this type of magick.

Fallen Angel: It is said that the ones who were casted out of heaven are known in todays world as the fallen angels. Any one who did not agree to the way things were or to how things ran were automatically kicked out. Even the framed. Fallens have black wings and they look the exact same as they did in heaven. Most if they want to return to heaven have to redeem themselves here on earth first and then seek out Gabriel for the passage into the gates.

Human: A very large populace here on Campus are human. They come from all over the world by request of the Alculard Family. The humans here are learning that life is more than flowers and yellow brick roads. The Alculards have wanted to teach the students about the other races and see them. The nonhumans learn how to live among humans as they walk among the campus.

Lycan: Their other name is Werewolf or Were... Like the vampires you have some who are attacthed to the lore while others are not. Lycans are one of the toughest classes left thriving well as they blend in with humans by day and change into their forms by night. Each sub-species is unique as one has an ability that another one doesn't. They are similar to shifters as they retain language but they also have their own. They do come in more that just a wolf form. There are foxes, big cats, and even birds of prey but they have not been seen on campus yet. Sub-species: Wolf, Tiger

Magi:Mages or Magi are peoples, usually males who have had powers passed through them down the male blood line. This power comes from a bargain being struck with the Gaia the Goddess of the earth (Mother nature). The bargain is that for the powers of the elements, the readings of the stars, visions and a few physical/mental additions (eg; Wings, powerful senses etc) the person has to sign over half of their soul. For each different family of magus, comes each different addition. The addition is carried down the blood liniage. Magi live longer than humans do and are very hard to kill, because half of their soul is being safe guarded. A mage ages one year to ten human years, but once their soul deteriates enough then they die. The difference between a light and a dark magi is with whom they bargain with and the powers that they recieve. A light Magi bargains with Gaia where as a dark Magi bargains with Satin.

Makai: This race comes from Dragons who made contracts with others in the animal kingdom. This race has many sub-species in it and they come in may shapes and sizes. The main thing that sets them apart from other races is their birthmarks. Makais have birthmarkings which look just like tattoos. Some show them off others consider them sacred and only their families or people they can trust know what their markings look like. The marks are anywhere on the body, vary in size and usually have color. If a Makai has a black birthmark it means they have a disease of some kind. It is very rare but sometimes they do get them.
Sub-species: Wolf-Makai, Lesser

Mystic: The living Gods of the earth almost. They have everything from agility to strength. They are a race with unusual hair and eye colors due to the fact that they are tied to the elements. Some time ago Dragons who didn't want to become a race made contracts with this one because of their skill and high energy levels. They embedded their souls into their hosts and now the hosts have whatever dragon abilities were granted to them. They can even shapeshift into their dragons once their souls become one. Shapeshifter: They are also called Changlings or Shifters. This particular group can look like any of the others but their real abilities are actually shifting into their animal forms. Some of them in their human forms still retain their animal features because they don't want to look fully human. Due to issues in the past their numbers are still quite few in the world. Their Organization/Group has been keeping tabs on all shifters that are alive and with the help of the Alculard family they are able to see if more are around. Some shifters only change during a certain time and some only in certain places. Some can shift with clothes on while others are naked. Each Shifter is different as each one has a unique ability that another does not have. Read a Character's Profile to find out more about their unique Abilities.
Sub-species: Wolf, Panther, Bakeneko

Succubus (Female)/Inccubus (Male):The medieval legends tell us that a succubus (plural succubi) is a female demonic legendary creature who appears to men in dreams and has sexual intercourse while they sleep. In actuality they do not come to their dreams but seduce them whilst they are concious. Similar to a vampire, succubi draw energy from men to sustain themselves, often until the victim becomes exhausted or dies. They each have a human form and a succubus form. Whilst in a succubus form they may grown horns, wings (bird or bat) and tails (serpant, aquatic: Mermaid-like etc.), some even grow claws and such to portray them in a more demonic fashion. Whilst in succubus form they can draw more energy from a man before he is exhausted and dies. It is respectul to speak with other succubi whilst in your succubus form. The male counterpart is known as an Inccubus. They operate in the same way except that they draw their energy from women.

Vampire: Not all Vampires follow the lore but like Humans and Makai yes they have sub-species as well. Vampires do have something in common that they do need. They need to eat Blood or Life Energy once in a while to sustain their own lives. This is why their life partners are usually transformed into what they are in order to have their natural pool. Some vampires have known to be with humans who didn't change and once their energy ran out they too went to deep slumber but they can be reawaken if they choose to. Vampires have different color eyes but all still retain a glow to them. Like any Group that is rare or non human there is an organization or an association which keeps records of their special groups. Vampires have one but the name is unknown. All the Vampires on campus are recorded in their books and no vampire can escape from them. For now there are only 2 types of Sub-species on Campus.
