Hair: His hair is white. In some lights it looks either slightly white-ish blue or white-ish pinky. He doesn't really take any notice of his hair, so he always looks slightly unkempt. Eiji has never really bothered about 'fashion cuts' or the like and always gets it chopped at his friends sisters house.
Eyes: Red, which makes them stand out against his slightly pale skin.
Height: 178 cm tall.
Build: Medium build, he hasn't got overly broad shoulders but they are packing a little bit of muscle. He isn't overly tall and thin like some of his friends but he is far from being called stocky.


Character Personality
It really depends on a) Who you are. b) His current mood at the time and c) If he thinks your weird or boring. Kaneko, is a very laid back happy go lucky guy, who through out his teenage years never had any sort of goals or aspirations. He just hung around with his friends doing what they wanted, when they wanted with no rules. All in the name of boredom. Possessions came and went as did interests as a teen. He got bored quickly and moved from one thing to the next, thinking that maybe some thing, some how would cure it. He never took any interest in school and played truant many a time, until he met a person that changed his outlook.

Not long after that meeting, the way of his thinking started to slowly change and he actually became interested in life, the things around him and school again.

But not all of him changed. Kaneko, is still loud at times, slightly unethical in his way of going about things in life and is an outrageous flirt. Although if you pique his interest enough, he is loyal, kind and attentive. But if you don't interest him, childish insults and him ignoring you will ensue. Being one to joke about and be a complete ass to every one is how he treats most people, but he can be rather quick to be confused about some things and quick to anger in others, many people have a laugh at his expense, which he doesn't mind at all. He knows he is a bit of an idiot some times, but through all this he is able to be serious when the situation calls for it and has been known to hand out some punishments to his students. [Like the time he made three students paint his class room, his house and another friends house... All because they failed a math test] But usually these 'punishments' are either an excuse for some thing else [he didn't want to pay for a painter ^_^;] or end up being a weird round about lesson for the students involved.

His friends think that he either has an addictive personality, ADHD, ADD or is just completely insane. As he smokes in class, constantly wears a pair of pink slippers in class and acts like an ass around his students.



Character Background

During Eiji's childhood he barely saw his parents. They worked from dawn to dusk. So the child grew up some what independent, and always bored. Getting little or no attention from his parents he became a little mischievous and started going less and less to school and if he did attend he skipped class and hung out with his friends in an empty room. Although he barely attended school, and was classed by some as a delinquent, people liked him.

On the times his parents and he did see each other, and had 'family meals', the silence or fakeness of happiness that all three of them got irritating to the teen and he tried less and less to be at home. Not that his parents noticed at all.

The group of friends that attended school with Eiji were very close, even to the point where one day at school in their usual hang out, Eiji slept with his best friend. From then on it happened every now and then. It didn't effect their relationship, it was only from pure boredom did it happen.

Another thing that derived from the groups boredom was joining a motorcycle gang, every night they would be out, drinking and causing a riot. This was until Eiji got bored and decided not to do it any more. This was how frequently he changed from one thing to another. Boredom always set in sooner or later and he went through many things. Girls, guys, hobbies, every thing in the end was thrown aside in search of a new thing to occupy his time and thoughts.

In his last year of school (some how he had managed to get average grades to pass through and spent the exact right amount of time in class not to get kicked out of school.), a new teacher was introduced to the class. He was an English teacher, that had such an impact on Eiji and his friend's lives that they actually started attending school more often. And little by little, the truant changed. He didn't have any goals for the future before, but he could now actually see a future.

Finally being (as Eiji likes to say 'coerced') coaxed to follow a path of being a math teacher (something he was surprisingly good at.). Eiji went to university and became a teacher.

In his first school, Eiji taught with a style that some how drew students to want to attend. He was some how able to relate to the truants and the delinquents of the school, just like his English teacher had done for him.

Although his teaching style was slightly, well alot unethical, he was able to change the mind sets of most of his students at his old school. He watched them graduate and move on to be good, honest, hardworking people. Some thing that the students at the time had never thought would happen.

True to his old habits, he soon got bored of the school and found an opening here at Alculard. He knows nothing of the 'night' students, but is thinking of maybe taking up the day and night position of math teacher for a bit more cash.
