"So this is Lond?" [Open]

Shena stood in the middle of a dense forest. Lost, as per usual. Jade eyes looked this way and that, a calm curiosity lighting her facial features. Of all the places in the world she'd been [which were innumerable, really] this was one that had escaped her. And yet, here she was, one thin hand rested against the gnarled bark of a tree as the other listened to the sounds around her. Civilization? Nature? Was she alone? This was where she had been told to come, but all it seemed to be was trees, moss, and small critters.

Sitting herself down daintily on a wide, flat rock, Shena put her chin in her hands and puffed out a breath, causing a lock of her leafy-plant-colored hair to flutter upward before settling once more. There was supposed to be a school here. The thought caused her to giggle quietly. Faelwen. Teaching children.

Yeah.

Stretching her legs out in front of her, Shena allowed her thoughts to run wild as she stared at her toes. Her memory was missing patches, but she didn't expect any different, really. How old was she now? Too old to count, so she wouldn't even try. Forest had introduced her to the general she was now hunting down many, many human years ago. What was it for elves, again? Eight?? Something like that. Long enough for Faelwen to miraculously find herself fallen for a human and build a school in his name, of all things, evidently. Originally, Shenandoah had returned to Janthen to explain to her family that she was safe and still alive, simply searching for her "forgotten past." But Forest had heard news of her return and come to her with deliciously juicy gossip regarding their mutual friend, and she hadn't been able to resist the opportunity to tease Fae mercilessly.

And now, she was lost in some silly little forest on some silly little island with no idea where to go.

"So this is Lond?" She called out to no one in particular, silence being the response she earned. Picking herself back up and dusting herself off, she set to walking again, determined to find some sort of building. There was a school here. A large one, or so she'd heard. And she would find it.

Danil had left the beach and headed in no real particular direction. He wasn't ready to succumb to the life of rules and near imprisonment of a school. Truthfully, all he wanted to do was wander. Thinking about it he supposed it was in his blood really, and to be quite honest it was apart of him.

Soon he had left the low area of the beach and the teen came upon a lining of tree's. "Maybe there is a short cut to the school through here?" He thought to himself. It would make for good shelter from the prying eyes of the outside world. Which if one thought about it made sense considering the school, had day and night students.

With a final look back at the way he had come, Danil made his way towards the tree's, which got thicker and thicker as he made his way through.

After about ten minutes of walking, Danil stopped suddenly. He had heard a voice. Maybe a teacher? Or someone who could tell him maybe the general direction in which the school lay. Holding his breath, he listened. The footsteps, although light, didn't carry the ring of an immediate attack. They were coming towards him.

Listening closer, he deducted that it was one person. But that didn't mean he could let his guard down. The other just may not have caught his scent yet.

She felt it before heard it. A person, the aura of a mage, stepping quietly through the brush before pausing. Perfect. Perhaps they could help her? She was wary of the unseen person, but mages tended to be so involved with their own affairs that they weren't interested in summoning with a simple little esper. The elves and occasionally the humans were what did her kind in.

Sweeping to the side silently, she rest a hand against a tree trunk, still out of sight of the stranger, but also keeping them from her line of vision. Assuming safety was foolish. Of course, assuming danger could be just as foolish, but she'd take the latter over being cast into a summoning stone any day.

"Young mage?" she called quietly, watching the direction the person was in, eyes focused, waiting for movement, whether it be sudden or gradual. "I am in need of some assistance... It would be greatly appreciated if you would aid me." her voice was soft, lilting through the trees, almost musical. But she hadn't expected anything else. She may have shed her true appearance, but her voice (and eye color) had remained. And in this body, she held no danger toward the other.

The voice that came to his ears was graceful and lithe as it reached his ears. This was not the voice of a human, it was too beautiful for a human voice. Letting himself be carried along by the words he smiled. And stupidly almost let his guard down.

But it came to his mind that the voice wasn't a humans and they were on the Alculard school grounds, then it must be a non human. Some one who quite possibly could use magic.
Chastising himself, he put up his guard again. The voice wanted his help, but it could be a trap. "If you wish for my help, i would like to see you. You have an advantage and i am in no mood to be ambushed or attacked." He replied standing his ground.

There was no way he wanted to fall into a trap, if some one got a hold of him, he could be tortured or killed for information. Or it hit him. It could be his old kidnappers......
Clenching his fist he stood there and waited for movement, any thing that he could distinguish from there tree's and undergrowth as alive. That way he would be able to know where they were hiding.

But for the teen there was a catch, he could never start any thing, he had to be provoked and attacked before he could put up a defensive.

Her responding laugh wound its way through the trees, mixing with the leaves as they ruffled and fell. Winter was quickly approaching. "You are in no danger, I assure you." Carefully, she stepped from behind the tree, coming into the young man's line of vision. He was taller than her, stark white hair and green eyes that could almost pass for matching her own. Younger than her appearance. She presumed he was a student, but one could never be sure.

"Are you a student at this academy, young man?" she asked pleasantly, letting her hand fall from the tree she'd been leaning against. He looked startled enough as it was, so she made no move toward him at all. "I seem to have found myself lost. If you could point me in the direction of the main building, I would be so grateful." she sent him a smile, silently assuring him that he was completely safe. She had the ability to ambush him, yes, but wasn't one to start a meaningless fight. She'd been one of the most peaceful demis, before she'd turned to an esper. Fondly, Siren remembered Shiva calling her a hippy, like the humans fighting for peace. Such contradictions, these little experiments, the "humans" and "nonhumans."

From the laugh that seemed to come from every direction, Danil still couldn't pin point the location of the voice. That was until the voice became a female, who stepped out from behind a tree just off to the left of where he was standing.
"Yes i am a student here, but alas we are now in the same boat. I have no idea where it is. I came from the beach. And like you i'm lost." He replied bowing his head a little. A he did so he never took his eyes off her.

One would be stupid to do that. You would never know when they might attack.

Standing up straight he assessed her. And then looked her straight in the eye. "If you would like i might be able to find out where the building is. Although it is a fairly long process and it requires some water. Of which i have none." He said hoping that she might have some. All he needed was a drop.
