How to Navigate the HOME section!

Hello Visitors. Does the Site overwhelm you? It's okay I am here to give you a hand. Honestly I am!!! I will break down each section and give you a brief description about all of them. Use this as your guide and You won't feel so lost any more! If there is anything that we can make better please give us a shout in the Shoutbox in the side of the Forum. We will try to make your next Visit a better one.

This section contains the Admin's Room, Creative Room, MOD's Room, Board Meeting and the Garbage Bin. We do hire but those are secret! All I can say is do your best.

Creative Staff: This is what we call all the artists on our lovely forum. We use our creative minds and help make this forum into a piece of lovely art. We come up with proper themes and icons that represent us. Anyone can join and you don't have to have a very artistic hand. Just at least you know an art software then you are all good. Writers are also part of this category due to the fact that they create beautiful images in our minds by just using words. Yes it is considered art so even if you do poetry or mini stories you will be placed here as well.

MOD's Room: This place is for Moderators and another Unique group called Proofers. Proofers do just what their name implies. Yes Proofreading. If you are a structure and grammer fanatic this position would be great for you. Lets face it sometimes we all make mistakes. We are human after all. You will have the chance to proofread and adjust those knit picky areas that seem
to be a big pet peeve of yours.


This of course is where we create the characters and soon their plots and such will be here. But this is still a work in progress. You have your Pending/Denied, Alculard Bios, Sensei Bios, Student Bios, NPCs, Rivals, and Get to Know you Sections.

Pending/Denied: This is where you post your profile once you are done. You actually have to get it approved by an Admin before you can RP with your created characters. If your character was denied don't panic. We always state the reasoning why and are willing to help you fix whatever is missing from your profile so that you can get approved. Once you have been approved you will have RP ACCESS to the forum and your RP glory can commence. However whenever you create another Profile it must still go here and be approved no matter what.

Alculard Bios: This is the family line who actually owns Alculard Paradise Academy. From the Direct line to cousins all seem to flock back to the campus for one reason or another. Of course no family is perfect and they are being judged heavily by the Society on the outside. Being one is tough when you have to go against the world. To become part of this family line can only come by special request to an Admin. You have to have at least 1 character profile and you have to have RPed for a while in order to quailfy.

Sensei Bios: Well of course with an Academy you have to have Staff to go with it. How else will students learn and go out to the world using their skills. Of course like all systems it isn't perfect and some Staff come and go. There always seems to be a shortage somewhere but hey most love teaching so they stick around for a while.

Student Bio: This is where a large chuc of characters actually go. We do need students after all. This section has Day/Night Students, Deceased Characters, Ethnic Groups, Expelled Students, Singles Thread, and Support Characters.

Day and Night Students: This will be explained further when the New History Area is posted but Day(Humans) and Night(NonHumans) are forced to live in separate dorms on campus. The reasoning the Alculards give is because a Nonhuman is to unperdictable and can harm a Human by accident. Day and Night also refers to their class schedules. Humans have class during the Day and Nonhumans have it at Night. As it stands Humans far out populate the Non and they would have a culture shock if they found out just how many races really were on the campus. Alculard wants to expose Humans to the Night very slowly and hopefully Merge the two like it was a very long time ago.

Deceased Characters: Sometimes our Characters experience a Tragedy or even a natural cause so this topic is for them when they Die. We place their profiles here and the date of their passing. From everyone on Alculard: May you rest in Peace and thank you for all you have done for us as Staff and Students. You will be well missed!

Ethnic Groups: Now this is where you get a chance to see the different type of Nonhumans that have been created so far. You will read about brief descriptions of each New Distinct race or even special Genes that have developed over the years. Everyone has come up with new ones and you can too. Don't see any race you want to RP then create one and send a brief description to me. Your new Race will be added onto the list. Maybe you see a Race you would RP but they are slightly different. Then let me know the name of your subspecies and where they belong. In your character profile at the bottom for other: state what makes that particular race so different from the others. It could be a gene defect or maybe the way they transform. Anything is possible. Please note that some are a rare species and have a cap limit per 30 people that sign up. Once more sign up then more spots will become available. Some created races even have specifics and the Creators ask you to PM them if you want to part of their special race. Sign up and PM them if you are that interested.

Expelled Students: Sometimes there is that one very deliquent student whom even as a Creator we just can't seem to control. So the best option but usually the worse route is expelling them. It does free up a slot for you characters but be warned it is never nice to see your characters name being broadcast on the NaviScroll.

Calling all Singles ~: Yup thats right not everyone on here comes attached to someone. So what is a better way to hook up? Search through the singles list of course. Don't worry your characters will find someone in no time besides mostly everyone is hot so happy searching for that someone for your characters to have a Smexing good time with.

Supportive Characters: Not sure what to create yet but want to join? This place is perfect for you because sometimes we Creators have good and bad charcaters who relate to certain characters here. This is for people who would like someone to RP but are not familiar with such things. Some are very detailed and yet some are very laxed so I would advise to talk to each Creator and see which one fits you best if you choose to go this route. Most Creators will give you enough leway so the character actually becomes your own. Don't be afraid to ask for help either. Everyone is willing to help and give you a push into the RP world.

NPC Characters: NPC's or NonPlayable Charaters are posted here. Some people have characters that are very important to a Characters Plot but only show up oncein a while to help a story along. Their sheets look very much like a normal character sheet but somewhere on the sheet in bold will be the names of all the people who are allowed to RP as this character. Now it is allowed however if you wish for an NPC to be placed as a Support. But the requirments for one to RP as this character will change. This will be explained in another Faq for the How to Section.

Rival Academy Visitors: This is a unique Section due to the fact that some members have created their own forums and share them with us. Here is where you would place the profiles of your characters from that forum here if they intend to come visit Alculard. They are respondsible for their own actions whether they are good or bad or just looking for an escape from their own hectic class schedules.

Get to Know Section: This is where we as Creators get to chat about the characters we come across. We discuss our likes and dislikes and what we as Creators think about them. But sometimes Character Interaction happens on here as well so you may get a chance to meet the character too. This Section also houses the Character Paths.

Character Paths: This is where we get a chance to follow each characters' movements. Someof us have our own favorite characters and we want to know where someone has been and how they interact with everyone. Follow their plots day to day by checking here!


This is where you find all the information about the forum here. This contains the Announcements, Current RP Settings, Forum Rules, How to Section, Poll Period and Suggestions and Questions.

Announcements: This is where updates and such get posted for everyone to see and be aware of. Even additions wil be posted here as well like a new section or forum.

Current RP Settings: This is where you can find out the weather, temp and time of day on the forum. It is also posted at the top of each for section so you don't have to keep searching around for it. It is also posted in the Portal of the forum when you log in.

Forum Rules: This is the very first place anyone who signs up should head to. This has the providers rules and our own set of rules. You do have to PM all admins the secret codes labled so that you can RP. It is so we know that you understand the rules and we don't punish you for an unjust cause.

How To Section: Well you found this Guide didn't you? Lol. This place will give you the step by step on how to navigate the forum to how to become an affiliate. No worries if you have questions you can ask anyone here we are all willing to help you. You will learn everything that you need to. We wouldn't send you out unprepared now.

Poll Period: Sometimes we have contests and pollings based on additions or even new outlooks for the forum. This is where all the polls occur. Not every poll has to be based on the forum. You can create a poll about anything here from the best books to the most used section or best RPers. The most read and oted topics may even have their results announced in the Naviscroller at the top of the forum.

Suggestions and Questions: Pretty self explanitory but just in case. This is where you place any suggestions or questions you may have. It be anything based on the forum to maybe een a character question. Everyone will help answer it to the best of their abilities.


This is the RP Section of the Forum. This is where all the interaction begins and playtime. Here lay the Acadmey Grounds, Alculard Reserve, Announcement Board, Cafeteria, Class, Education Resource Centers, Garden, Infirmary, Residence on campus and Sport and Fitness Areas. Each area has what is called an Overview. There you will get images of what the place actually looks like and a description of it just so you know.It is best to be informed and visualize.

Academy Grounds/Main Gate: This is what separates the campus from the outside world. Yes a giant black gate. There is a driving path and 3 separate lanes to take you to different areas of the campus. The overview has more detail.

Alculard Reserve: This is the forest that covers part of the campus. Yes Alculards respect nature and was built in the forest Reserve. Only people allowed out here is Staff and Alculards. Students are forbidden unless it is for the Night hunting classes. There is a fence somewhere deep in the woods to prevent poachers from entering but sometimes this is hard to maintain.

Announcement Board: This is where Staff places announcements that needs to be made to all members and students. Pay attention because sometimes classes are cancelled so that means you get a free day.

Cafeteria: Come here to get some food or even start a food fight. Just don't be the one caught though. This place actualy severes everything and the food is made right here on campus. They use the foods that the Science club grows and any of the local farms. See the Overview for details and Menu options.

Class: Ready to attend your classes? Maybe you need to sign up for them so you would do it here. The schedules for Night and Day are posted here. Some teachers teach both so it is best that you are aware of that at all costs. The Night are to never cross into the Day during their class times and vice versa. But of course no one listens to the rules. Like some say: Rules were meant to be broken.

Education Resource Centers: This area has things you would need for study. Head up to the top of the Academy Building and you will come to the Headmasters Office and the Teachers Lounge on the top floors. Each one has their own overview so check them out.

Commons: This is a lab and extra study area where groups can sit in a private room. Sometimes studies can be a little hands on but at most since it is sound proof it is quiet.

Headmaster's Office: This is at the top floor and not a place you want to be summoned to at all. Most of the Alculard family heads here since they all work for the Academy some sort of way.

Library: Come check out this 2 story building a bit further down the road before the gym. Plenty of books and most are up to date so you can make sure your studies are acurate with information.

Teacher Lounge: This place is usually for meetings since the Staff love to eat in the Gardens around the campus. Staff are asked ot be on time for the meetings otherwise they will be in trouble with their bosses.

Garden: This area is so large everyone has images of their own favorite spot. Secret pockets everyone would miss except for the Homeland Security. So want peace and quite surrounded by beauty this would be the place.

Infirmary:This place is so high tech and even looks more like a hospital since the nonhumans can not go to a human hospital this is their most preferred choice. Downtown would be the other location. All the doctors are up to speed and take an exam every year to make sure they are givng you the best treatment. Anything very major wold require them sending you to the hospital in town.

Residence on Campus:Of course everyone has a place to sleep and eat after class. Don't think this is your average boring campus. Trust me as wealthy as this family is they make sure their students and staff recieve the best looking living quarters. Here you will find the Alculard Estate, Staff Apartments, and Day and Night Dorms.

Alculard Estate.: Regardless if they are a student or teacher. This is where the family who own the Academy live. Usually people can only get here by invite. Other than that you can usually catch them here on the campus being silly.

Staff Apartments: This is where the Staff live on the campus. Just so they don't have to commute and beat traffic to get here.

Day and Night Dorms: Don't let the name fool you. These rooms almost look like mini apartments and you can even have roommates. These apratment look a likes are for teaching students at a young age on how to care for themselves before moving outside the Haven.

Sport and Fitness Areas: Just like any other academy we want all our students to stay in shape and be healthy. Thus far everyone has. This includes teachers and Alculards. Plenty of Awards and trophies from all their past sporting events ribbons and trophies are everywhere. Here you will find the Dojo, Fields, Gym, Pools.

Dojo: Due to Martial Arts being one of the High Arts of self defense the Dojo was built right after the Academy. Or so it has been told anyhow. This is like any other traditional Dojo and it even has a meditation room. There is a small office for the staff there but most of it is filled with paperwork for tournaments and such.

Fields: Love to play outdoors? Run track, tackle football, hardcore soccer? Well welcome to the fields. Here regular PE practice usually takes place and so does graduation. Sporting Events are really huge around the spring and summer then even larger in the fall. So come and root for your team during thos times. Other than that practice hard so you can remain champions.

Gym: Love basketball, tennis, volleyball or chess? That's right I went there. Not all sports are just physical you know. Yup this gym has enough space to hold a volleyball and basketball game at once. Sometimes there are mind game tournaments like chess, and card games. Even some billards have been played in the sport bracket. There is an Equipment and machine room placed here for those who want to lift weights. Stay in shape you never know who is looking at that gorgeous body.

Pools: Love water polo or how about just swimming or relaxing? You will love the pool areas. Very large lap pools and even Jaquzzis and regular leisure pools to relax over for the holidays. Swim to your hearts content and enjoy the rush of building muscles then relax and soothe you body and soul in the Jaqquzi area.

Well unlike castles and such everything you need isn't in the gates for you. You have to drive outside the gates to reach your other destinations. These places include: Hospital, Restaurants, Beach, Park, Mall, Club and Downtown.

Hospital: Well sometimes thos damages we have are far more than our own facitlity can handle. Or we are just over crowded at the moment so the hospital is the best option to get treated. Alcuards will pay for your treatment like they help take care of part of your tuition but please note some of it may go up the following year.

Restaurants: Want to eat out but not in the mall with a bunch of othe Academies and screaming fan girls? There are plenty of places around town and even some hole in the ways which are very good. You never know what you may come across if you just explore through town for a little bit.

Beach: This beach is also part of the campus up to a certain point befr the gates close it off. Go beyond the gate and you come across one of the Rival schools known as Bue Blood Academy. The clear waters, white sands and picture perfect views no wonder Alculard charges a lot when people film here.


Park: Not only does Alculard have its own Garden/park but so does the City as well. Many parks are around the area from big to small. Some are designed for kids and some are to help the adults relax from their stress filled days. So pick a park that you would visit often and don't forget your picnic basket.

Mall: It is the best place to hang out or shop til you drop. With 7 floors full of shops and food you are bound to be busy for days at least. Some students who gained access work there and sometimes you may see them in the stores or diners. Check out the place over the holidays for sales. You never know what maybe on sale even if it is coming out. Take the back exit of the mall and you come to Seven Moons Academy.

Club: Of course we all want to have a little fun. What better way than to party. Of course some places have Zoo's and fancy places but come on. This city has the best clubs in town and plenty of stars who come out this way just to have a drink and a good time. Willing to be the talk of the party? Then this area is where you have to be since the media is always here.

Downtown: Well the world dislikes anything not human so there are places for nonhumans to go. They have all they need there and no human can get in unless accompanied by a nonhuman. This area is heavily guarded by the military and even though it is underground it still has everything the people who live here need. Take the back exit and you come to Illicutus University.

Some of the Campus needs a bit more activities and that don't involve sports. Some actually do far more in their clubs that it is sometimes viewed as scary. Here you have Character IM's, Fan Clubs, Fan FIcs, and the Newsletter.

Character IM's: Ah yes computer class. I know most of you paid attention or finished the assignement as soon as you started class. Well characters do the same thing. Here they talk to anyone whether it is mobile or comp. Chat with anyone on campus anywhere just make sure your sensei doesn't catch you there though.

Fan Clubs: Ah yes. The very things that make the Hot list in every place on campus. The very girls who make sure to stake their claims on the hottest guys here. They follow, Stalk and capture secret info and images. Yes that's right...Fan Clubs. Creators and characters sign up for the ones they love the most across the campus. Some characters are known to stalk another and take plenty of images. Of course all fanclubs have an oath but you will have to sign up to them to find out.

Fan Fics: Stories given to the students over time to read in the Library and commons areas.

Newsletter: Find out what hapened at the academy last Season and get a run down on what you think will happen next.

This is just as the name suggests. Here you will find the art work and other works by writers. You can request here as well if you need something to be done for you.
