Race/Ethnicity: Unknown but she assumes that she’s Japanese since she was found in Japan. It is also unknown if she is even human or not but since they haven’t figured out what else she could be yet, she is considered human for now.

Appearance

Hair: Black and very long. She normally leaves it down but will occasionally put it in a bun or ponytail if necessary. It reaches the back of her thighs.
Eyes: Bright Blue with slits like a cat’s. They have been known to glow from time to time.
Height: 5 ft 6 inches
Weight: 138 lbs
Build/Body Structure: Slender and somewhat delicate. She has been told that she resembles a porcelain doll due her fragile and pretty appearance.
Physical Faults: She has a number of unusual scars and she doesn’t know where they came from. She hides them well so don’t expect see them on a regular basis.
Blood Type: Unknown but closely resembles O+ type blood in humans

Personality
Fuyuko is a sweet and somewhat naïve girl. She doesn’t really how to act around other people since she has been kept isolated for most of her life (which was done mostly to protect others for her). She mostly just keeps to herself but once she trusts someone, she will be more open with them. She will also become loyal to them nearly beyond all reason and it will have to take a great deal before this trust is broken. She is a gentle soul who doesn’t like violence and who really just wants peace and quiet. She can be very stubborn when she wants to be but she prefers to just go with the flow of things, rather than be a bother to others. She often inspires peaceful and relaxed feelings in those around her despite her rather violently uncontrollable powers.

Hobbies: She likes to read, watch movies, swimming and stargazing.

Background
Fuyuko doesn’t who her real parents were or even when and where she was born. What she does remember is bits and pieces of things but they mostly revolve around darkness, being chained to a table, and pain. These pieces mostly appear in the form of nightmares but certain people have been able to trigger things.

All she knows for certain is that she woke up in a hospital with a nice lady who said she would take care of her. That woman’s name was Monica Aster. She had found Fuyuko buried in a snowdrift in a remote village in Japan while she was on vacation; the child had been covered in wounds and scars. At first, she had thought the child was dead until she leaned down and felt a pulse. Monica had rushed the poor child to the hospital and stayed to make sure that she was all right. As time past, Monica had grown attached to the pretty little girl who looked so much like a doll it was startling. Monica had recently lost her husband and she would be unable to have children because she refused to marry or be with anyone else after he died. So she decided to take the girl in. She named her Fuyuko (which means Winter Child in Japanese) which was appropriate considering where she found her and took her home with her to the United States.

Fuyuko was confused at first but agreed to go home with Monica. She has never regretted her decision and Fuyuko was a happy child growing up. However, she would occasionally do strange things which would have been horrifying to most people but Monica refused to give up on her “miracle child” and if things got to uncomfortable for them where they were living, she would simple move them to a new place to start over. This made Fuyuko feel like a burden to her beloved parent but Monica would always wave her concerns and tell her that this was what parents did for their children.

As she grew older, her abilities became more unstable and caused even more problems. Fuyuko tried her best to hide them but in the end it was useless. Eventually, someone from the Academy (who had heard of her strange powers by now) offered her a place there. Fuyuko hadn’t known what to do but Monica, while worried, thought it was a good idea. Since her beloved mother thought it was best to go, then who was she to disagree. That’s how Fuyuko ended up at the Academy.

Other:

Fuyuko’s Abilities:
- has the ability to manipulate (create in some cases) and control the elements of ice and water.
- unusually high healing rate and stamina. She doesn’t get hurt or sick easily so when this does happen it a cause for concern.
- unbelievably strong physically which is not what you would expect given her rather delicate appearance.
- is capable of healing others to a certain extent. This is the only power that she has good control over.

These abilities have caused her nothing but trouble so she isn’t very fond of them. Since she is still learning to control them and they only get more volitile depending on her emotional state, she can be quite dangerous so caution must be taken around her when necessary.
